Usually around this time of year I post something about making new year’s resolutions. Most of the time I’m an advocate for NOT making resolutions because I believe that by so doing, you’re setting yourself up to fail which creates undue stress. I mean, let’s face it, keeping your resolve for 365 days is an astounding feat. Which is why we start making excuses for not doing what we “resolved” we were going to do. (more…)

So I’m back in the saddle again. Sort of. I’m not galloping full speed ahead or anything, but I’m chugging along doing normal things. Sort of. I still get tired out but one step at a time. So last week I was a little uninspired with regard to blogging. I have to say, not much changed this past week. I sat here staring at my Gravator wondering what witty words of wisdom I could pass along to you, my lovely blog followers. I sat, and sat, and sat.
And then I found this:
