I’m having one of those stormy periods folks. You know, one of those times in life when it rains it pours. That’s been me this past week or two. One unexpected thing after another. Have you ever noticed that everything on the latest health food or diet craze is not within your financial means? All of the “healthy” food is at least three times more expensive than the not-so-healthy choices. I try to eat healthy and “clean,” but I’m on a very limited budget.
